I've been in the industry for 30 years and have seen facilities struggle with finding a good teaching mat for aqua fitness instructors. The Hydro-Fit deck mat provides dense cushioning under foot, while it preventing slippage (of the mat on the floor / of the instructor on the mat). The mat is durable - not easily torn when moved from location to location, or put away for storage. This kind of equipment gets a lot of wear and tear in most recreational settings. It holds up very well! We store ours by draping it over other equipment in the storage room. I would recommend a saw-horse-sized apparatus to allow it to be draped over to dry.
